Keep it off!!

Hubby and I have been eating healthier now for around 2 weeks. We eat a lot of salads, veggies, and chicken…and I actually stopped drinking soda..I have a Diet Rite every once and awhile and I have found this actually tastes okay..it’s made with splenda, maybe that’s why?

Anyways I have lost 13lbs in just about 2 weeks!! We go out to eat about once a week and I just get what I want and just worry about the other days of the week. I have been trying to stay between 1000-1400 calories a day compared to who knows how many I was having before. Only problem is, I think I put on 13 lbs just over the holidays!! So I am glad I finally lost it…and now I only have 20 lbs to go to what I was when I got pregnant with Delilah. If I can just keep going and keep it off, I will be totally happy!!

  2. Yes and No. I used to drink about 2 pepsis a day. This entire weekend I drank a 20 oz bottle of Sunkist. All last week I drank 3 Diet Rite Colas which are made with Splenda, and they aren’t really that bad. Friday night we went out to dinner and I ordered a Pepsi and it actually tasted horrible because I was getting used to the diet soda!
