Diet: Day 27

It’s been 27 days since I started my new eating habits. I have to say I’m very happy with the results. I never thought I could lose weight this easily and I am feeling a definite self esteem increase. I weighed myself today and have lost a total of 11lbs!!!! I couldn’t be happier. I am hoping to lose another 2lbs in the next 3 days to put myself at 13lbs lost for a month. I hope to lose continuously for the months to come so when I go to FL for Christmas, I can surprise my family and friends!! I actually haven’t been exercising much at all. I went to the park last week and ran a mile (walked really fast) for the first time in like 10 years, and I completed a mile in 15 minutes. That’s really good for someone like me…lol..I unfortunately haven’t went back as I got two huge blood blisters on the back of my heels that haven’t healed yet…I feel like such a baby!!
I need to get back into the 30 day shred, even though I could barely finish the video because I know it was working! I’ve already dropped one pant size! I wore a pair of pants today that I couldn’t even button the beginning of the month!
I am hoping things continue like they have been, and I don’t see why they wouldn’t!! My husband has lost 19lbs and he started this at the same time as I did. It helps to have someone to do this with and we compliment each other every day. I hope some more of my readers join in, let me know if you are!!
