Diet: Week 3

I’ve been on this diet, or new eating lifestyle for 3 weeks now. I’ve lost 9.1 lbs. I’ve consistently ate 1200-1300 calories a day, and it’s really getting easier. I’ve made a lot of recipes that are low calorie and I’ve been posting them for any of you that are interested in starting this eating lifestyle. I have to say, being a member of My Fitness Pal has been the key to it all. My friend Janine is the one that recommended it to me, and it definitely has helped me along this short journey.
I have had tons of energy, I haven’t been so tired and lazy. My moods have been better and my self esteem has improved for sure. I also have realized in order to lose the weight and stay committed you really have to want to do it. It can’t just be in the back of your mind, you really have to want to help yourself. If you do this, and keep track of your calories, I guarantee you that you will lose weight.

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Walmart/Old El Paso. All opinions are those of our own. Game Day is just around the corner and I recently was perusing around Walmart looking for ideas for recipes for the Big Game. I'm a huge fan of Old El Paso products, and I have used them for years.
