Recipe: Best Chicken Noodle Soup EVER

This is by far the best chicken noodle soup I have ever had. My husband said he can’t think of any other that he has had that is better (and his mom is a great cook!! Hi Beki!!). I didn’t get a picture of it, but I wish I did!

Ingredients:
1/2 bag of baby carrots cut in slices, 1 cup
3 large celery stalks, cut up small
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 lb of chicken, I used 2 4oz breasts
2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth in paper container
1 pkg of Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
3 cups of water
1/2 bag of egg noodles (6oz)

Directions:
Cook carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot with a splash of olive oil until they get tender.
Pour in your chicken stock and throw in the chicken. I threw it in raw and boiled it, then took it out and shredded it, and put it back in.
Stir in the vegetable soup mix and water.
Let boil until everything is cooked well and heated, about 10 minutes.
Pour in your noodles, and boil until tender.
Serve!!

It was so super easy, and it was sooo good.

    Love that it doesn’t have a lot of different cooking methods or dishes. Great idea on boiling the chicken. This cuts down on added steps.
