Diet: I fell off the wagon

I definitely fell off the diet wagon this weekend. We had our “cheat” night at Outback on Friday and I ate really good (steak, veggies, and salad), but then it just continued into Sat (Mom’s night out at a Mexican restaurant) and Sun (breakfast at Huddle House). AF was in town last week too, so I gained water weight. I am hopping back onto the diet strong this week. My husband has lost a total of 23lbs and I’m stuck at 11lbs. I’ve lost 5 total inches. A few weeks ago I was hoping to be down 24 lbs by Christmas, and at this point I’m not sure it’s going to happen, but I’m seriously going to try!! It’s really not a hard “diet” to follow and I CAN do this!!!!
My sister in law has lost 32lbs in the past two months and she is motivating me to lose more. My husband is looking great and actually needs new pants already. He has went down 3 holes on his belt! I’m so proud of him. I’m just hoping I can do well this month. Next week we are going on a mini-vacation to Baton Rouge, then Thanksgiving we are having family come up from FL, then we are going to New Orleans. Next month we are going to FL for Christmas. I just have to keep telling myself I can do this and drinking water is another big thing I have to do, every day! Wish me luck!
