Recipe: Easy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Since being pregnant anything I see on TV makes me have some craving out of nowhere, and tonight it was buffalo chicken with bleu cheese. I don’t have any buffalo chicken, but this is what I did and it was SUPER good.
Tyson Chicken Patty
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Bleu Cheese Dressing or Ranch

Cook Chicken Patty as directed in the oven, once it comes out pour some Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce on a plate, and dip both sides of chicken in it.
Let it soak some of the sauce up.
On your bun, put some blue cheese dressing, or ranch along with some shredded lettuce, and your chicken patty, and that’s it!!!
Super simple!

It was sooooo good and definitely hit the spot!

This sounds spicy but flavorful. I suppose I could substitute turkey patties, since that’s what I have in the house.

  3. Sherry Compton says:

Franks sauce is great. It really works with chicken. I’m not big into sandwiches but love buffalo chicken. This sounds like an easy flavorful restaurant.

  4. Brittany F. says:

This sounds so delicious! I’ve never heard of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. I’ll have to look for it next time I go shopping.

  5. yum! love blue cheese and franks hot sauce

  6. This sounds really easy. I’d probably fry up my own chicken patties, then freeze them, and have them ready to use & make these sandwiches for my husband’s work!! Thanks for the idea!

  7. Im gonna have to go buy some franks red hot sauce and make my own buffalo chicken! Ilove buffalo chicken!

  8. I love chicken & frank’s red hot sauce! Sounds like a winner to me!
