Product Review: Yoomi Self-Warming Bottle

This is a new and revolutionary bottle, and it’s perfect for those babies transitioning from breast to bottle or if baby just wants to be fed by someone else. The Yoomi feeding system is a bottle that has a built in milk warmer. At just a press of the button it warms your baby’s milk to the perfect temperature, just like breast milk,  in just 60 seconds.
This bottle is great for those that plan ahead, to “recharge” the warmer, you have to boil it for 25 minutes, and then let it rest/cool down for 75 minutes. You have to recharge the warmer after each use. When your baby is eating, the warmer will stay at a consistent safe temp for 60 minutes, so definitely long enough for your baby to eat. Here’s a more descriptive look into how to use, with video.

The feature I like most about this bottle is it mimics a real breast. The shape of the nipple and everything, which I think is a great product if you want someone else to feed your baby, or you’re going back to work and you’re trying to transition baby to drink from a bottle.
All of the Yoomi bottle parts are BPA free. The filling of the “heater” is non-toxic in case it were to ever break/leak etc. It’s just a salt mixture with a bitter additive and color additive so you can see if there is a leak. I think that’s a good peace of mind to have, especially when it comes to your baby.
I did this tonight for my baby and she loved her milk, no complaints or grunts haha.
I of course didn’t get a picture of her using it. I reviewed the 5oz bottle, but they do come in 8oz as well!
