Nutrisystem: End of Week 1 #NSNation

#spon #ad #NSNation Well we did it, hubby and I finished Week 1 of Nutrisystem! For myself, I thought it was very easy, actually it was hard to eat ALL the food required in a day, which makes me realize I definitely was not eating enough prior to Nutrisystem and my body was hanging on to everything it could. For hubby, he actually was REALLY with a stomach virus this week that I had just got over prior to starting Nutrisystem, so he lost a lot and then gained back too. I’m hoping week two is better for him.

Here is a lunch that I ate this week, Nutrisystem Ham and Bean Soup (very good and one of my favorites), salad for veggies and 1 Tbsp of Low Fat Italian Dressing, and 1 ounce of low-fat Colby Jack cheese for my power fuel:

Here is a dinner that I ate this week, Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak with gravy and Macaroni and Cheese (this was very good too!), mix of tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers with Low Fat Italian Dressing, a side of spinach cooked with chicken broth and onions, sprinkled with a tiny bit of Parmesan Cheese. I had my powerfuel right after dinner which was a Kroger Lite Yogurt, not pictured:

So now for our results from week ONE!

Starting Weight: 246.0 lbs
End of Week One: 241.6 lbs
Weight Loss: 4.4 lbs

Starting Weight: 266.4 lbs
End of Week One: 263.0 lbs
Weight Loss: 3.4 lbs

I really am liking Nutrisystem a lot. I like being told what and how much to eat, and I love veggies so having them unlimited is really great. There’s so many ways to eat veggies. I find myself never hungry on Nutrisystem either. Drinking 8 cups of water has been a breeze, in fact, I have been drinking much more than that. I’m excited to see what the next week has in store, so onto Week 2!

    I love this review.
I really need to start loosing weight-and I also like being told what and how much to eat. my only real problem is that I don’t like a lot of foods, like onions, peppers, mushrooms, so on. so it’s hard for me to eat a lot of the suggest foods in many programs! love the results though! keep it up!
