Nutrisystem: End of Week 2 #NSNation

#spon #ad #NSNation Hubby and I finished Week 2 of Nutrisystem! I am loving this new lifestyle change. It’s so easy to keep on track, the food is good too. To be honest I have even cheated a couple times and have still lost weight. I just make sure I stay on track with my plan each day, drink at least 8 glasses of water, and get a little bit of exercise in, which lately has been a lot of walks in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite recipes has been a middle of the day thing, between lunch and dinner. I use a smart carb, power fuel, and my protein drink for the day. I only do this because it’s so hard for me to eat all of that, so I do this to fit all my calories in for the day.

NSSHAKE

Take ONE banana, one packet of vanilla Nutrisystem protein drink mix, and one yogurt (I like vanilla, peach or strawberry), 6oz water, and some crushed ice, and mix in the blender. This makes a LOT, but it’s very tasty and VERY filling. It’s a nice treat in the middle of the day.

Hubby likes these “smoothies” too. We are doing really well on Nutrisystem and we are feeling a lot healthier, energetic, not so fatigued. It’s going great! Here’s our results:

End of Week One: 241.6 lbs
End of Week Two: 237.6 lbs
TOTAL Weight Loss: 8.4 lbs
Height: 5’9″

Hubby
Starting Weight: 266.4 lbs
End of Week One: 263.0 lbs
End of Week Two: 260.0
TOTAL Weight Loss: 6.4 lbs
Height: 6’0″

Onto week THREE!!!!!
