Surviving Infancy DVD Review and Giveaway – ends 4/22

Surviving Infancy

I recently had the chance to review the above 2 DVD set, “Surviving Infancy” for free in exchange for my honest opinion as well as hosting a giveaway.

The Surviving Infancy video guide provides expectant parents, grandparents-to-be and caretakers over three hours of essential and authoritative information presented by two award-winning Emergency Medicine physicians Dr. Birnbaumer & Dr. McCollough.

I’m usually not one for informational DVD’s as I believe they don’t cover the whole topic or explain in layman’s terms. This DVD is totally different, Surviving Infancy, had a LOT of great information. It covered topics such as Crib Safety including SIDS, Car Seat Safety, Fevers, Immunizations, Bath Safety, Routine Illnesses, Toddler Safety, and much much more. A total of 36 topics in a 2 DVD set worth $29.99. I can not even emphasize how much great information is in this DVD, in fact, I believe this would be a great DVD for everyone to watch before their child is born.

I know when I had my first child I was clueless as to what to do on a lot of topics. I looked to the internet for help, my pediatrician, friends and family. I did find that a lot of things I was told wasn’t that great of information, so having a DVD like Surviving Infancy would have been wonderful to have to be a go-to for information regarding infancy and early toddler years.

This would be a great gift for a Baby Shower or to bring a new mom in the hospital.  It’s available in a 2 DVD format or online video for $24.95.

  8. Allison Buechner says:

I just had my son 10 Weeks premature on January 29th&e hadn’t even gotten to the classes on deliver procedures when I Haag to be assorted to the hospital so I had no clue what I was supposed to do during the delivery (I have mjr spinal injuries so I wasn’t even supposed to deliver a baby regularly, only by csection, much less to one that was butt first breech with no pain medicine in 3 minutes of pushing after 2 days of labor)… So we were never able to make it to the childcare creases on how to take care of an infant. E had an amazing NICU that went over allot in those classes but it would be so awesome to just have those to read so I wouldn’t have to keep asking his doctor or my mom what i’m supposed to do all the time! Its our first child & we are in or mid 30s so most of my friends kids are already grown up so they don’t remember everything now! Id love, love, love these!!!
