Action Baby Carrier Review & Giveaway – ends 7/6

Hosted by: Everything Mommyhood

Everything Mommyhood has teamed up with a small group of bloggers to offer you this awesome giveaway!

Action Baby Carriers is a rapidly growing business based out of MI. (Love products from the USA!) They feature baby carriers and toddler carriers with several different print options available, and they even make custom carriers too!

We picked the Toddler Carrier in Nova Print to review. I LOVE this carrier. I was really impressed with the quality of this carrier when I received it. It’s very good quality and not cheaply made. You can tell Action Baby Carrier puts pride into what they make.

Look how adorable this Nova print is!

Babywearing is something I never did with my oldest, as I didn’t really have to, it was easy with one child to just put her in the stroller and go, but when my second baby came, I looked into babywearing. There are SO many carriers out there, but not all are made the same. There are some that are very unsafe for babies, for example the crotch dangler carriers. This is NOT safe and can cause hip dysplasia, not something I want for my kids. (Make sure you research your carriers before buying.) The Action Baby Carrier has a full seat for baby/child’s bottom that allows for perfect baby wearing!

The Toddler Carrier is great since I have a 19 month old. I can front carry or back carry her with this carrier without any issues. The Toddler Carrier is a bit different than the Baby Carrier which is also available from Action Baby Carrier. The Toddler Carrier is 3 inches taller in the body, the hood is 1 inch longer, 2 inches smaller in the shoulders (this allows for better back carrying and a tight fit that won’t slip), the seat (where child’s bottom sits) is 19 inches across, and holds a child 15-45lbs! I love the statistics for this carrier as it allows room for lots of growth. My 4.5 year old can fit in it too with no issues.

The waist clip of the carrier sits right above your hips, this allows for weight to be distributed evenly. There’s also a chest clip, which keeps the straps up on your shoulders so they don’t fall off. The only thing missing in this carrier is a pocket of some sort! Otherwise, this carrier was wonderful. Like I said above, superior quality!

One lucky winner will receive an Action Baby Carrier of their choice, retailed for $98 value and up. Can not be used on a custom carrier.
US Residents, 18 and up only
All winning entries will be verified
Giveaway begins 6/22/13 at 11pm CST and ends 7/6/13 at 11:59pm CST

This carrier is absolutely amazing. I used a Baby Bjorn with my babies but did not like how their tiny little legs were so spread apart and it seemed to cause pain for them. After figuring out the reason my babies had pain I stopped using the Baby Bjorn and either used a stroller or carried them which can get very tiring pretty fast so using this Action Carrier looks like the perfect answer for the problems I encountered with my babies and my sweet and very precious granddaughter Kenzie would absolutely LOVE being carried in one of these. Thanks for such an amazing giveaway and I am definitely crossing all fingers and toes in hopes of winning this one. Terri of Two Pink Peas
