My Blog Spark: Kroger June Value Event

I recently worked with My Blog Spark and Kroger to shop at their June Value Event that was June 2nd-June 8th. I jumped at the chance to do this review because I love Kroger and all the great sales they have. I’m a couponer too, so I can typically get a lot for my money.
Buy 5 Save $5 logoDuring that week, Kroger had a Buy 5 Now, and save $5 on a future shopping trip sale. From June 2nd – 8th, take advantage of great savings on some of your favorite brands from General Mills like Pillsbury, Totino’s, Chex Mix and Yoplait.  Just buy 5 participating General Mills products in the same shopping trip and get a coupon to save $5 on your next visit to Kroger. Look for special tags on participating products.* For more details on this savings event, please visit

Check out this deal I did with my $25 gift card that was sponsored by My Blog Spark for my review!

I bought 10 boxes of General Mills cereal that were $2.49 each, each set of 5 you bought, you’d save $5 on a future shopping trip. I also had coupons for $2 off of 2 General Mills cereals. 10 boxes = $24.99 – 5 $2 off coupons = $14.99 – $10 future shopping trip = $4.99 for 10 boxes of cereal! I also purchased two Vidal Sassoon products that were on clearance for $2.09 each and I had two coupons, $2 off a Vidal Sassoon product. The Vidal Sassoon was not in the 5 for $5 off deal, but I wanted to share my whole shopping trip.

Next time Kroger’s ad comes out, look for their deals they have!
