I got my shipment of pantry food items today and I got my first weight loss bear for losing 10 lbs!!! I wanted to share a picture! I’m so proud!

You are doing good. I love bean and ham soup but I am not sure that I could do the Nutrisystem thing. I guess I have the mind set to eat what I want….a little stubborn I suppose. Sometimes I find myself fixing supper and then eating something else. lol
