HABA Play Set Hound Leo Review & Giveaway – ends 7/20

HABA USA contacted me again to do another review/giveaway for them, this time of their Play Set Hound Leo! I have worked with HABA in the past when I reviewed their HABA Lilliputiens Baby Lucy Doll. They have wonderful toys, great quality that require children to use imaginative play, which I think is very important.

HABA products can be found nationwide at over 1,000 U.S. specialty retail stores and in specialty catalogs and websites.  Many of its products have been recognized with German and American awards including Parents’ Choice Foundation, National Parenting Center, Creative Child, and Dr. Toy.  HABA received Best Toys of the Year recognition from the TODAY Show Toy Test and has been featured in national magazines such as American Baby, Baby Talk, Fit Pregnancy, Parenting, Parents and Working Mother.

haba1This is the adorable set that my kids got to review! The Play Set Hound Leo! I am a mom that really encourages my kids to use their imaginations, so this set was perfect for just that. This playset came with Leo the puppy, his bone, doggy dish, and blanket. I love that there are no little pieces in this set which means my 20 month old can play with this, and I don’t have to worry about her swallowing anything. Leo the puppy is well made with his eyes, nose, etc all sewn on, not buttons to worry about. My 20 month old and my 4 year old both play with this set almost every day.

haba2As you can see Leo is super cute! My 20 month old doesn’t talk much but she does get Leo and says “Woof!” She is always walking around with him carrying him and hugging him. I always find little crackers in Leo’s little doggy dish, which I find funny. I just love how my kids play with this wonderful, great quality play set.

These “pets” are recommended for ages 18months and up, you can purchase these on HABA USA.

HABA is offering my readers a chance to win either one of these below!

Play Set Cat Lucy • Ages 18 months+ • $20 Value -What a purr-fect playmate! Soft and smiling Lucy comes with her own basket when it’s time for a cat nap.  But one ear is always on alert for the squeak of the long-tailed mouse. Play cat and mouse or just hang on the bed with this three-piece play set made of touchable velour and polyester.

Play Set Hound Leo • Ages 18 months+ • $20 Value -Is it ruff-ruff or woof woof? Either way, Leo the hound dog is awaiting an owner to play fetch or just cuddle as he rests on his soft blanket. A make-believe water bowl and bone is included in this sweet play set for toddlers ready to adopt a fur-friend.

Winner will choose between Lucy the Cat or Leo the Dog.
