Jolly Time Popcorn Smart Balance Review and Giveaway – ends 7/12

jollytimeI recently worked with Jolly Time‘s new Smart Balance Popcorn through Tomoson! My family loves popcorn, so I was excited to review this new healthier lifestyle popcorn made with Smart Balance.

popcorn1I received two different Smart Balance popcorn packages, Butter Light and Butter. Both of them have been absolutely wonderful and you really can’t tell the difference from other butter popcorns. I love the heart shaped bowl too, that signifies a healthy heart!

popcorn2The Butter flavor of Jolly Time Smart Balance was wonderful, look at the huge pieces. YUM! My family loved it and didn’t know the difference. The nutritional value of this popcorn is significantly lower than other brands too.
NutritionFactsOnly 1 cup of popped Butter made with Smart Balance popcorn is 40 calories! Each bag contains approximately 10 cups of popcorn, so it’s definitely a low calorie snack and perfect to share with your whole family on family movie night! This popcorn has ZERO grams of trans fat, and no hydrogenated oil, as well as being Gluten Free! It seems a lot of people are going Gluten Free, so this is a wonderful option for them! I know this is the only popcorn my family will be eating from here on out.

I love ALL flavors of popcorn! I like to switch it up and do something different each time I make it, but good ol’ butter and salt is the best!
I also try to buy Jolly Time as it’s made in my state!

  2. Carolyn says:

I usually pop popcorn kernels from the farmers market in my air popper and add a little butter spray and salt

I love to eat popcorn that has taco seasoning on it. I learned this from my old baby sitter and have been putting it on my popcorn all of my life!

Popcorn is a yummy way to add some fiber, too. So many varieties and healthier alternatives nowadays!

  5. texasrose777 says:

I don’t think there is a favorite popcorn flavor. The great thing about popcorn is, whatever mood you’re in – spicy or sweet or salty or buttery or plain – it adapts to anything!

  9. Heidi B says:

This popcorn is so good. It is a favorite in our home.

  10. To be perfectly honest, my favorite popcorn is genuine movie theater popcorn, with too much salt and that fake butter stuff on it. I even like it leftover, the next day. Thank goodness I don’t get that too often, though, with all that salt, fat, and calories!

  11. Margaret P. says:

We usually only have the Boy Scout fundraiser light popcorn in the house…but my favorite is kettle corn!

  12. Heather Manu says:

I like the jolly time extra butter

  13. Linda Meyers-Gabbard says:

I love all popcorn. White Cheddar. Carmel.

I love butter popcorn. I like to watch movies with a bowl of popcorn.

  16. Sherrie C. says:

I often buy Orville Redenbacher popcorn. I usually buy non-flavored popcorn and add a popcorn seasoning like Ranch

  17. Marisa Johnson says:

Hmmmmm, this is hard. I love gourmet popcorn. I think the best popcorn I had was from a popcorn shop in Put-in-Bay, Ohio. It was bbq flavor and it was AMAZING.

  18. Sherry Compton says:

    Lots of butter

  19. Jessamine D. says:

Our favorite popcorn is the kettle corn with white cheddar powder 🙂
