As a mommy with two kiddos, I always find it hard to have time to go to the gym, plus juggle being a housewife and a blogger, all while taking care of my kiddos. Most days I’m looking pretty frumpy in a t-shirt and yoga pants. I’ve tried several workout videos in the past, with a few hand held weights, and always lose interest pretty fast. When I was given the chance to review the CoreBody Reformer, I couldn’t be happier. It’s like a home gym without taking up all of the space, and is lightweight along with easy to store while not in use. It combines Yoga, Pilates, and Dance all into one.

I was impressed with how easy this was to use right out of the box. All I had to do was push the button on the top, twist then pull out the bar and its support legs.  Then you just lie the body on its legs, place the bar back in the slots on the top and screw together, then secure the top back. It’s that easy. The resistance is controlled by the push buttons and it’s super easy to set or change.

CorebodyCOllageThe CoreBody Reformer allows you to do 30+ exercises to tone and reshape your entire body with 3 different resistance levels to challenge yourself. You can workout anywhere with this as it comes with an easy to carry strap. You can take it outside when the weather is nice, or inside your living room or bedroom when you’re needing some air conditioning or don’t have time to take it anywhere. I keep mine stored in my hall closet, and usually pull it out into the living room at nap time to get my work out in. I like doing the express workout as it only takes me a short 20 minutes. When doing the workout, the trainer helps you keep your form right so the workout is beneficial to you. Without your form being right, there’s no sense in working out.  The trainer is really great though, she encourages you instead of yelling at you (like some of those other workout videos I have tried). There’s also two others doing the workout with her that show the beginner level as well as the advanced level. This is definitely a workout must have, that I recommend to all ages whether you are young or old.

corebodycarryThe CoreBody Reformer comes with fitness flipcards as well as 4 different complete workouts on DVD. Also included is a weightloss plan, a workout poster, washable cover for the CoreBody Reformer, and the carrying strap.

This is great for the New Year to work on your New Years Resolution!
