    My tip is to squeeze a little fitness in anywhere you can..I work my calves in line at the grocery store by lifting and lowering myself onto my tippy toes, arm circles while I wait for my Keurig to warm up, squat while I blowdry..so on and so forth…

  3. Fitness tip is to drink lots of water. Also listen to music it makes working out a lot funner.

    My fitness tip would be to drink green tea, always eat breakfast, eat high fiber whole grain bread and lots of protein, and of course get a good workout in 3-4 times a week. I dance..it’s something fun that I enjoy and it actually makes me look forward to burning those calories! An awesome playlist gives me the extra motivation I need to bust through that workout and get that burn!
