Simply 7 Snacks Product Review

We recently had the chance to review some fabulous snacks from Simply 7 Snacks. They sent us a case of products to review on our blog and share with our readers!

Simply 7 is made with wholesome ingredients and they contain 0 grams of trans fat, no cholesterol, no artificial colors or flavors, and no additives or preservatives. They are gluten free, made from all natural recipes, with simple ingredients! It’s always great to be able to pronounce all of the ingredients of the food you’re eating, which you can with Simply 7!


We received 3 different flavors:
Pomegranate Chips – Sea Salt
Hummus Chips – Sea Salt
Lentil Chips – Sea Salt

The Hummus Chips were by far my favorite. They had a slight garlic flavor to them and they really did taste like hummus. I could eat them as a snack without feeling guilty!

The Pomegranate Chips were on the sweet side for me, and I didn’t like them as much as the others. My girls LOVE these though, and they love that they are a pink color. They are still healthy and better than eating junk food, so I really don’t mind them munching on them!

The Lentil Chips were my second favorite and I munched on these with some avocado ranch dip and they were really good!

All of the chips were light, fluffy, and crispy, so it definitely satisfied my taste buds when I wanted a snack without the guilt! I liked that they were lightly salted and not overpowering with the salt. The sea salt to all of the flavors we tried were great flavors for our family. My 2 year old and 5 year old girls loved them and I didn’t mind them eating them as they did not make a mess, these chips aren’t crumbly like others out there. We actually have a few bags of them left, and enjoy them regularly.

The best thing about Simply 7 Snacks is that they aren’t greasy, you don’t feel guilty eating them, and they are all natural.

Simply 7 has quite a few different varieties!!! Their flavors include: Quinoa Chips in sea salt, barbecue, white cheddar, and sour cream & onion, Pomegranate Chips in white cheddar, sea salt, and black pepper; Lentil Chips in sea salt, bruschetta, creamy dill, and lentil jalapeño; and Hummus Chips in sea salt, spicy chili pepper, tomato basil, and roasted red pepper.

  1. Simply 7 quinoa chips recently changed quinoa farmers and their quinoa chips went from 9g of protein per serving to 1 g. And the fat content increased. Classic case of growing company trying to cut costs and skimping on quality. Very disappointing!
