Slimfast® 14 Day Challenge Results

slimfast1#sponsored For the new year, so many people have resolutions to lose weight, it’s almost the end of the month, so how are you doing with your resolutions? I don’t do TOTAL resolutions, but I make small goals. That way I don’t get disappointed. My first goal this year was to lose the 7lbs I gained over the holidays.

If you read my last post, which you can find here, the beginning of my Slimfast® 14-Day Challenge.  Over the holidays, I gained 7lbs, and I was hoping to lose that with this 2 week challenge.  Slimfast® was definitely my answer! Over the course of 14 days, all I did was replace two meals with Slimfast® shakes or bars, combined with a healthy dinner to help me hit my trim-down goal. I lost 8 total pounds in just 2 weeks! I didn’t weigh myself the entire time, because I didn’t want to discouraged, but when I stepped on the scale I was so happy. This 14-Day Challenge is great for on the go too. I can throw one of the meal bars in my post if I’m going to be out of the house.
