Chicco Liteway Stroller Review & Giveaway – ends 2/15

Welcome to this great giveaway hosted by Everything Mommyhood and co-hosted by The Country Gal.
Thanks so much to Chicco for this wonderful giveaway prize of the Chicco Liteway Stroller!

Everything Mommyhood received this beautiful stroller in the Juniper print.
I always like to choose a print that’s gender neutral and that matches other products we have. I absolutely love this color.

There are a lot of great features I love, here are a few of them as pictured!
The Chicco Liteway is stylish and bold, and the perfect lightweight compact stroller. It’s super easy to grab and go without taking up too much space in your trunk or cargo space, all while offering your child a comfortable ride with storage for your purse, diaper bag, shopping bags, and more. The independent handles to push are a great feature to be able to hang your shopping bags on them. I often hang my 5 year old’s jacket on one of them while we are at the mall which is convenient instead of balling it up and throwing it underneath.

I love the height of the stroller. It’s always hard to find a stroller that is comfortable for me to push since I’m 5’9″, some of them I feel like I’m leaning over. It’s comfortable to push the Liteway for myself and my husband who is 6′.

Here’s how it fits in the cargo space of my Ford Explorer, which it would fit perfectly if I had the 3rd row seats up too.

I love the storage basket under neath, and how easy it is to recline the seat. The storage basket also converts to a tote bag, which I thought was a terrific idea.
The one thing that I didn’t like about the stroller was the crotch strap. It seemed to be too far back in the seat, which made me have to elongate the shoulder straps to compensate for it.
chiccostroller4Also for you to get an idea of how it would fit your child, this is my 2 year old and she weighs 25lbs and is 35 inches tall.

Here are some other features outlined from the Chicco website:

  • Lightweight, aluminum frame and compact 3-D fold
  • Hide-away boot for enclosing infants when reclined
  • Rear-wheel suspension with precision swivel front wheels let you take it anywhere
  • Padded five-point harness and multi-position reclining seat keep your child safe and comfortable
  • Detachable storage basket converts to sling tote for carrying baby’s things
  • Adjustable canopy with peek-a-boo window
  • Parent cupholder
  • Automatic storage latch
  • For use from birth to 40 lbs

The Chicco Liteway Stroller is available in a variety of 10 different colors.
Greenland, Ibiza, Juniper, Magma, Moss, Coastal, Plum, Orion, Romantic, and Fuego.

Buy it – You can purchase these strollers at many different retailers across the nation and online. Amazon has a lot of great options.

  1. I would use this myself for my 1 yr old. My baby girl doesn’t like the cheap stroller we have because it doesn’t have a solid/stiff back. So she’s always hunched over. Would really love to win this for her!

  2. We bought a double stroller in anticipation of bring home our two youngest kids from China, but now our 3 year old is walking most of the time so we don’t really need to use the big, bulky double. This would be great for our 2 year old who has special needs and is not yet walking.

  3. I’d love to win this for my 17 month old son.. we need a light weight stroller especially living in a city. We take the subway everywhere and it would be so easy to have this stroller to pick up and not worry about the weight.

  4. All we have is our big, bulky stroller. This would be great for my 10 week old son when he gets a little bigger. Plus, the only thing that fits into my trunk is my stroller right now!

  5. I would like to win this for a co-worker who is expecting. I am sure she will have a large stroller to start off with, but this would be great for future use when the baby gets larger and she goes out more!!

  6. For my 9 month old daughter. We have a bigger chicco and love it, but the small would be nice to have for quick trips.

  7. shalene scherr says:

I was just looking at the reviews for this stroller and thought it would be perfect for my 18 month old daughter!

  8. rachel brown hester says:

I would love to win this for my one year old daughter. It looks awesome!

  9. Jessica O says:

I’d love a lightweight alternative to our double jogger. It would be for my youngest daughter, for times when her older sister can walk.

  10. I love that the stroller is so easy to use, stylish, and durable. I would be saving the stroller for when my little bundle comes along.

  11. Esra Mahmoud says:

Love how easy and compact stroller is

  12. Aww your daughter looks cute in the new stroller.

  13. I want to win this because I’m having a baby in a few months and I don’t have a stroller yet. It would be for my son.

  14. I want to win this stroller because I love all the great colors it comes in and it looks like a really nice stroller. I could also use a new one because my current one is 6 years old.

  15. this would be for my son when we stroll around the mall

  16. I really love how lightweight this stroller is and I appreciate the included photos in your review b/c it gives everyone a great visual of just how small the stroller is and how much room a older child has while sitting in it.

  17. My favorite feature was the way it folded up and latched. It fit into a smaller space in the car.

  18. I love the giveaways and reviews, I find so many good things on here that I wouldn’t have otherwise! One thing, the rafflecopter hurts the eyes! The blue/pink is very hard to read.

  19. Dorothy Boucher says:

i love the fact that the stroller is light and easy to move around, and it folds up nice not taking up too much space and very roomy for the child to sit in and even has a place for a drink, how nice is that 🙂 thanks for share

  20. Jacinda Dady says:

My favorite feature would have to be the oversized visor. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to use a blanket (blocking baby’s view) during sunrise and/or sunset. Traditional visors do not shield their eyes when the sun is set low. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity. 🙂

  21. There are so many things to like about this stroller thanks to the detailed review (thank you for that even the negative comment)! This would be for my 1 year old and being from the Pacific Northwest the extended visor is a fabulous bonus as well as the basket turning into a tote as I will sometimes just run into the store with my stroller or stroll around town!! And finally lightweight and compact are key :-). Thanks again for the great review!!

  22. I love that you and your husband are roughly the same height as me and my husband. I had been looking at this stroller online, but was unsure it would be a comfortable height!

  23. jellybeanerz says:

I would like to win this stroller beacuse I am a low-income grandmother.

  24. Alyssa Martin says:

Not only do I just want this amazing stroller. But my son Austin truly needs it .I bought him a very expensive one when he was born. And it was left outside and got ruined. I no longer have that type of money to provide my son the finest things this is an awesome gift to him so him and I can take walks every day.

  25. I’d let my mom use it for her grandkids for a while until we need it, as it won’t work for our coming baby for a while.

  26. RICHARD HICKS says:

I want to win this for my tiny nephew. My sister in law recently had a new baby and could use this!

  27. dania cioffi says:

I want to win this for my baby boy because it looks so lightweight and comfy, it will be great for going on walks to the park which he loves so much.

  28. I want to win because the stroller folds up compactly for travel.

  29. courtney hennagir says:

I would love to have this for my daughter! That way I can pass on my old clunky stroller. It’s still in great condition but is a beast to push around!

  30. I saw this recently in an ad…would love the light blue one for my 2 yr old. I like that its light weight and that the storage basket is detachable.

  31. Yolanda Flores says:

Love that its lightweight and in different beautiful colors!

  32. Love that moss color!

  33. This would be for me and/or my bff who is expecting her first 🙂

  34. Denise F. says:

Got this stroller for my granddaughter. It is lightweight, easy to fold and very comfy for her. Love it. Would love to win one for my daughter. Her car is small and her stroller us too difficult to get in the trunk.

  35. We just found out our son and daughter in law are hving twins. We only have one lowly umbrella stroller. This one looks really nice

  36. I was going to say I would use this for myself, but I don’t exactly fit in it 😉 I would use this for our soon to be! Chicco has been a brand name that we have decided we really like and would love to purchase.

  37. natalie parvis says:

I wish I had that much space in my car. I have a hyundai accent, but this looks like it would fit nicely in the trunk either way

  38. This was the umbrella stroller that I really like to use for crowded areas, doctor’s appointments, malls, plane travels etc. I have liked Chicco since checking out their products and looking forward to use them for my first baby coming soon..

  39. I love the cup holder. I think that is a really great feature!

  40. Jessica Parent says:

I want to win because I am expecting my 6th in just a couple months (or less-hes trying to come way too early and Im now on bedrest) and we don’t have ANYTHING for him yet except a car seat and blanket.I would be keeping it for our family to use

  41. Jessica Parent says:

My favorite feature is prob the storage basket believe it or not.My old stroller from my big kids never had one and it was VERY inconvienant (I only have ever owned a cheap umbrella stroller and got rid of that sevral yrs ago)

  42. Jo-Ann Brightman says:

I would like to win this for my son and daughter because it is expensive to buy everything for kids. This is a wonderful stroller that can be used for several years.

  43. Jo-Ann Brightman says:

I like that this stroller is compact and lightweight. I remember when my children were young how heavy the stroller felt to lift.

  44. Love that you can recline the seat for added comfort. The basket for storage is a plus as well.

  45. Renee Smith says:

I’d like to win this because I need something lite weight to keep in my vehicle and for traveling. It would be used by my 13month old daughter.

  46. Laura Russell says:

I am thinking ahead and would love to get a lightweight stroller for when my baby is older. She is due this spring and already has me wrapped around her finger! She’s my miracle….started seeing my infertility doctors 4 year ago….had surgery to remove a fibroid, then surgery to remove a uterine polyp, an unsuccessful IUI, 2 rounds of IVF….successful with the 2nd! 🙂 Still feels like a dream!

  47. Stephanie H. says:

I love that its compact and lightweight. We have the Chicco twin trevi umbrella and I’d love to win this since we no longer need the double (my older son is 6).

  48. Kaleena Cabanag says:

I love that this is lightweight and folds down easy. We have a double stroller for our twins and this would be perfect for our 3 year old

  49. courtney candlish says:

This would be awesome! I love the pink! The mommy cup, easy grip handles, and extra top umbrella coverage is awesome! I can see myself already pushing this awesome stroller through the zoo with my lil girl due in April! 🙂

  50. courtney candlish says:

Did I mention this is awesome! Lol

  51. courtney candlish says:

  52. This would be for our 8 month old who is using the same stroller we’ve had some our 7 year old was born. With 3 kids using it before him it’s time for an upgrade!

  53. Valerie Guerrero says:

i love how lightweight it is and it has the harness belt

  56. Crystal Magallanes says:

    padded 5 point harness!

  57. My daughter is having her first baby in July, and will be raising her as a single parent. She works,WAY too hard in fast food, which only pays min. wage, and everything is so expensive, and has nothing yet for her. I would love to help her out by winning this, thanks for the opportunity.
