    To lower my risk of heart disease I eat a mostly plant-based diet.

  3. I will try to eat less meat and go jogging more often.

    I don’t smoke. I quit my pack-a-day habit of 10 years 2 years ago and haven’t looked back. Cold Turkey works better than anything else!!
