  21. Lately, there is very little that helps much. But I DO have to have a fan running next to my bed. Something about the sound & the cool breeze soothes me.

  22. I have trouble getting a good nights sleep because of health problems and sleep apnea, The CPAP helps some, but I only sleep at the most about 4 hours.

  23. I have to be warm or cool, depending on the time of year. To sleep well I also need two pillows. I usually have trouble falling asleep. When I don’t, I have trouble staying asleep.

    As much as I wish I did not have sleep apnea, I have to credit all of my good nights of sleep to having been diagnosed with the disorder, receiving and using a C-Pap machine.
