Gorton’s Fish Review & Giveaway – ends 4/5 #RealSolutions

As a Gorton’s Blogger, I receive free product coupons and other items to facilitate my reviews.

I’m a busy mom of two girls, running to and from school, cheer practice, errands, and more sometimes I just need something quick for dinner. Something I know that my family will love, but without all the hassle of cooking a huge meal. Gorton’s make good quality products, that I know my family will eat. They have a new variety of fish, Artisan Recipe Fillets. They come in some really great flavors, Roasted Garlic & Italian Herbs, Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn, Southwest Tortilla, & Southern Style.

I was sent some free product coupons to test these out, but unfortunately they didn’t have them yet at my Walmart or Kroger. I will keep my eye out for them though, as I’m really looking forward to trying all of them. I picked up a bag of their Crispy Battered Fillets though, and we had them for dinner. I love that they are a great quality of fish with a yummy crunchy breading. We like to eat them as a sandwich with bread, cheese, and tartar sauce, or just on a plate. I opted for just on a plate the other night with a veggie and rice. They were super good, and both of my girls, my husband, and myself all love them!

Make sure you look for them in your grocer’s freezer next time you are out grocery shopping! Pick up one of the new Artisan Recipe Fillets and try it out, and let me know how you like it!

  17. I would like to try the Southern Style – because, to be totally honest, it is the only option that everyone in my family will eat! (what can I say…..) And, why would I like to win? We’re on a tight budget, and the coupons would help me stretch my food dollars…..and the cutting board would make a great gift for the bridal shower I know I will be going to in a few months!

  18. Thanks so much for the Terrific Review on Gorton’s Fish! I generally don’t shop for Gorton’s Fish until Lent! We’re not that big of Fish eaters, however, during Lent, we don’t eat meat on Friday’s so we need to turn to an alternative. Generally I purchase the Gorton’s Fish because that’s the only ones my family will eat! I was not aware of the fact that they had new flavors out. I’ll have to check the next time I go to the grocery store to see if my store carries all of them. That way, I know I’ll be prepared when Lent comes around again in 2015! Thanks so much for the information! I truly do appreciate it! Thanks again, Michele 🙂
