Life Choice Nutrition Bars

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walmart. All opinions are 100% mine.

As a mom of two girls, we are always on the go. Whether it’s running off to preschool, the park, zoo, a playdate, cheerleading practice, or running errands, we are always out doing something. Sometimes I even have to babysit one of my friends kids, while doing all of our errands.

A lot of the time we are eating breakfast on the go, or grabbing a quick snack as we are rushing out the door. It’s not always the healthiest of snacks, but I recently discovered Life Choice™ Nutrition Bars, which are perfect for on the go.

Life Choice™ brought to you by Life Choice Foods has four different types of nutrition bars available in quite a few different flavors.

Meal Bar – Chocolate Crunch or Peanut Butter Crunch

Wellness – Fudge Graham or Double Peanut

Energy – Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Protein – Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter Extreme, or Chocolate Mint

This was at the park, after I picked my girls up from preschool, and then we were headed to go grocery shopping, and then home for nap time. By the time mid afternoon came around, I was definitely ready for a pick me up. I definitely could have used a Life Choice™ Nutritional Energy Bar, like the Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.

The middle of the week is super busy for us as we have preschool, playdates, cheer, then we have to get home have dinner, clean up, and get to bed.

Once it’s time for cheer leading practice, I’m beat, hungry, tired. My 2 year old is usually ready for a snack at this point to help tie her over til dinner time, which I should have a little something too. A Life Choice™ protein bar would be a great choice at this time from all of the running around I had done all day.

Look for Life Choice™ nutrition bars in the cereal aisle of select Walmart stores. Being a Mom is hard enough, make healthy snacking easy by picking up a box of Life Choice™ nutrition bars to help you get through the day, or the week! If your life is as busy as mine, I know you would benefit from having some Life Choice™ nutrition bars on hand.

I need to start buying and putting a nutritional bar in my purse for those times when I am hungry. I like the variety that Life Choice has. Of course who needs choice when chocolate is involved.

  5. The Chocolate Crunch or Peanut Butter Crunch look good, I always carry a nutrition bar on me. Never know when your gonna need a quick snack.

  6. Both the peanut butter and mint chocolate chip sound pretty good. I like a quick snack that doesn’t involve cooking.
