As a busy mom, it’s important to me to be able to be in touch with other parents in case of an emergency, questions, or even for play dates for my child. With MobileArq, you have all of this information at your fingertips. You don’t have to worry about carrying a paper directory around. It’s a simple app on your mobile device such as your smartphone, tablet, or even your laptop or desktop. You will have a login and password with access through your child’s school that will have all of the other parents information available. MobileArq isn’t just a directory though, there are a ton of other great handy features available, like a school calendar, ability to send group messages to the entire class and much more.

It can even be used through an admin interface through which the PTA or PTO administrator can manage all the entries in the directory, PTA Dues payments, and also send newsletters to parents.

Mobile school directory User features include:

  • Search by student name, class, teacher or individual parent name
  • Call/email/text directly from your mobile device
  • Send group messages in a single click to class groups and after-school club parents
  • Edit your profile and keep it up to date for the rest of the parents
  • Never again worry about having to carry a print directory with you everywhere
  • Quickly find and contact parents and teachers
  • School Calendar that remains up-to-date with latest schedule of school and PTA events

Check out this great video for a quick intro about MobileArq.

Not only is this useful for parents, but it’s also useful for faculty and staff. You could also use this for more than just a school. You could use it for church, sports organization, clubs, and much more. This is a very handy app that I see taking over in all of our activities outside of the home. It would make our world much easier and MUCH MORE organized. As a busy mom, it’s always important to be organized. Bring this up and your next PTO meeting, or even call your child’s school and speak with the principal about it. Not only will your school not have to print out a paper directory for every parent/teacher, it will also be on the “green” side, by saving a tree or two! It’s a win win for everyone involved!

Make sure you check out MobileArq!
