It’s getting warmer and warmer outside, time to get outside for some water activities whether it’s swimming, splashing at a splash pad, heading to the beach, or just tanning in your back yard while your kiddos play in the kiddy pool. All of this means it’s swimsuit season and time to buy a new swimsuit, which we all dread. I know I’m not in the best of shape, but with two kiddos we go to a lot of places that I need to wear a swim suit to enjoy the Summer fun.

Just this past weekend I went on my first girls getaway weekend with some of my closest mom friends. We headed down to the Gulf coast, so I had to find the perfect swimsuit to wear. Fortunately, I just recently received a swimsuit from Figleaves to review for my wonderful readers. offers 200+ designers of lingerie, swimwear, apparel, sleepwear and more – from popular designers such as Vix and Aguaclara, to private labels and exclusive items from brands like Midnight Grace, Just Peachy, and the eponymous Figleaves label.

The swimsuit I received is absolutely gorgeous, I received the Sophina Icon Lattice Back Shaping Swimsuit. It’s black to hide all my imperfections, with a mesh polka dot material above my chest, and criss-cross straps in the back. It fits absolutely perfect. I was a little hesitant ordering the one I did since it’s so hard to find a swimsuit to fit in person, I figured it would be a disaster without trying it on first before buying, but that was not the case. My swimsuit was true to size, and the bust/cups fit perfect. I’m a little smaller on top, so it’s not always easy to find something that fits without it being being too big. This fit great, and gave me a little emphasis too. The bust/cups area would fit women with a bigger cup size as well. This swimsuit from FigLeaves was also very flattering and made me feel confident when headed to the beach with my girlfriends. It’s a good quality swimsuit, made to last.

FigLeaves has swimsuits for women that will fit a wide variety of cup sizes. Cup sizes range from AA-GG, and styles vary from classic one-piece swimsuits, to fashion-forward bikinis, to chic tankinis – meaning that truly has something for every body.

Thanks for the code! Really cute swim suit. Love the mesh polk-a-dots. it’s always hard for me to get a bathing suit that’s comfortable and stylish.

  6. That’s cute. It almost looks more like a dress than a swim suit. I only wear a one piece or tankini. I’m a bit older so I like a look, like this suit, that offers some coverage while still being cute.
