Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie with TruMoo Chocolate Milk & Giveaway – ends 5/23

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TruMoo. All opinions are 100% mine.

My two girls LOVE flavored milk and most of the time I hate to give it to them because most brands contain high fructose corn syrup. Fortunately, TruMoo flavored milk has just enough sugar and doesn’t contain any high fructose corn syrup. TruMoo starts with pure fresh low fat milk from your trusted dairy, contains no artificial growth hormones, no HFCS and has the delicious chocolate taste kids love. TruMoo contains 8 essential nutrients! Knowing that gives me a peace of mind that my children are getting great nutrition while enjoying flavored milk that they love. TruMoo also comes in yummy strawberry milk too! Check out TruMoo for more information and try out our recipe below!

1 cup of TruMoo Chocolate Milk

1 cup of Ice Cubes

1 Ripe Banana

1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

Throw everything into the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and add a fancy straw, your kids will love it!

For an extra cold drink, freeze your banana first, and chill your milk in the freezer too!

This recipe is a great way to incorporate calcium and protein into your diet. It’s a yummy filling treat that you or your kids are sure to love. Make up your own recipe using TruMoo Chocolate milk or TruMoo Strawberry Milk! I bet a Strawberry banana smoothie would be fabulous too! You won’t be disappointed giving your children flavored milk knowing there’s no artificial growth hormones, no HFCS, and has 8 essential nutrients!
