Review: Starbucks Spring Blend Coffee

Disclosure: We received samples of the product, plus a promotional item, in exchange for our honest review.

starbucksspringblendStarbucks has the BEST coffee, in fact, I’m not a HUGE coffee drinker, but when I drink coffee it’s always Starbucks. I’m picky and high maintenance when it comes to coffee. My husband on the other hand loves ALL kinds of coffee. We were both excited to receive the new Starbucks Spring Blend to try out. Starbucks sent us two packages as well as a gift card to pick up some coffee cups in store. We both love wider cups, and Starbucks always has the best cups too! Upon receiving our Starbucks Spring Blend, I just LOVED the packaging. It’s so bright and fresh, and Spring-y!

The Starbucks Spring Blend is a Medium Roast, 100% Arabica Coffee. It’s a multi-region blend with milk chocolate and sweet orange tasting notes. This is a seasonal blend, so make sure you pick up some today before it’s no longer available!

I have a Keurig, so I used my refillable K-Cup with the new Starbucks Spring Blend. Upon opening the bag of coffee it really smelled so great. I was excited to try it out. Upon my coffee cup filling up, it seemed to have a great color, and a great smell. Not overly strong, but just right. I always add sugar and creamer to my coffee as I really don’t care for black coffee, but when I do a review, I do have a few sips to get the taste of it.

I was impressed that this coffee wasn’t bitter. Most coffees are very bitter when black, but this wasn’t. It did have a chocolate flavor to it and was a great medium blend. Not too light, and not too strong. This may be my favorite Starbucks coffee so far! I love it, and it tasted even better with some sugar and creamer. I can’t wait to have another cup in the morning! YUM! I think I’ll have a cup with my awesome Banana Split Bread. They will go perfectly together!

Next time you’re at your local grocery store or Starbucks, make sure you pick up a package of Starbucks Spring Blend!

  4. Miranda McCallsiter says:

We love to get the bagged flavored coffee like this. I don’t care for the heavy coffee either. I end up using waaay too much creamer and then halfway through the cup I let it get cold then dump it. what a waste. I’m going to give this a try next time I’m buying coffee. The pricing is a bit more than I usually pay but what the heck, it is Starbucks.
