As a mom I’m sure you have heard of Orajel, especially Orajel Kids. Orajel has been around for as long as I can remember. I remember using them when my wisdom teeth were coming in over 10 years ago! They were a lifesaver for me, and now they are for my children.

I have two girls, ages 2 and 5 and I have went through LOTS of teething with them so far in those 5 short years. My 2 year old is just now getting her 2 year molars, and my 5 year old is getting her 6 year molars. Needless to say, we have been using a lot of Orajel products around here. From the beginning of my 5 year old getting her first tooth we were brushing with Orajel Training Toothpaste. I’m a big fan of the Orajel Training Toothpaste as it doesn’t contain fluoride, artificial colors or dyes, and it’s gluten and dairy free. Those are all very important to me, as I really try to limit chemicals that enter my children’s body.

When my children are teething we always turn to Orajel Naturals. The homeopathic tablets and gel are both lifesavers for me as a mom, and of course for my children. When they are having any teething pain, Orajel Naturals are our go to products. They provide instant relief!

As for teeth brushing, my 2 year old still doesn’t get the whole spitting and rinsing thing yet, so she will stick with the Toddler Training toothpaste until she gets the hang of it, then we will move onto the Orajel Fluoride Toothpaste. While my 2 year old still requires some help brushing her teeth, my 5 year old doesn’t. She uses the Bubble Guppies character Orajel Fluoride toothpaste and she loves it! She loves the taste, and it gets her teeth clean which is what’s most important.

Taking care of your teeth is so very important, and I personally don’t have the best teeth, so I try my best to instill good choices about teeth care and health in my children. We make sure to brush in the morning and at night before bed. It’s a good routine for my kids, and they really love brushing their teeth, and I can thank Orajel for that!! The fun characters entice my children to use their products!

Check out my 2 year old daughter’s beautiful pearly whites, thanks to Orajel!

I’m not sure what type of toothpaste my granddaughter’s are using but I like that Orajel Training Toothpaste doesn’t contain fluoride or any other chemicals that can be harmful to children. I’m going to share the information you posted with their parents. Thanks 🙂

I had no idea that Orajel makes toothpaste and toothbrushes, I knew that they make oral pain medication. Thank you for sharing this post, I learned something that I didn’t know before.

all that elmo would be a huge hit here! my daughter loves to brush her teeth and having the fun characters on products like these really helps. i really like that elmo toothbrush so ill look for these next time we need them!

  9. I haven’t used orajel in years, when my kids were little. We never went anything without our little tube of orajel. I can’t believe how far they’ve come, I really like the idea of natural products, and catering to the youngsters that inevitably end up swallowing their toothpaste.

  10. I am glad to hear the toothpaste is free of artificial colors and dyes!
