    I have heard of these American Girl Dolls but I did not have one growing up. I suppose you can get your child a doll that looks like her, I guess that would be kind of cool. I think it depends on your perspective because some people might think having a doll that looks like them is a little freaky. Thank you for sharing this post.

    I had Addy growing up, though sadly my mom has since donated her. I would love to read her book again, and then give her to my niece. She’s growing up in a very privileged and homogenous pocket of a poor, diverse city, and I want to open her horizons, from another kid’s perspective.
