Febreze Noseblindness Review & Giveaway – ends 8/5 #Noseblind

This review and giveaway was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Febreze. I was compensated for my participation in this campaign, but all opinions are 100% mine.

FebrezeGiveaway

I was recently sent a prize pack from Febreze in order to facilitate a #Noseblind test and have a movie night in my home! We recently had our favorite couple over for a family movie night. We are really close friends with them and they have two children just like we do, so we took advantage and watched Rio 2 and had some popcorn with our kiddos.

Have you ever heard of Noseblindness before besides the title of my blog post? Noseblindness is just simply what it states. When you live in your home, you become immune to the smells that are around you over a period of time. Whether you think you may have odors or not, you probably do. It can be just as simple as your kids, or your husband, or those dishes in the sink. Maybe the pile of shoes by the door, or that old carpet. You may not notice them since you are used to smelling them all the time. This is why I was happy to have some friends over to really tell me what they thought.

febrezeAir

Here’s what we received to try out:
1 Febreze Air Effects in Meadows & Rain
1 Febreze Fabric Refresher in Meadows & Rain
1 Febreze Noticeables with refill in Hawaiian Aloha
1 Febreze Candle in Meadows & Rain

Now I don’t know if they were just being nice or not, but they said they didn’t smell anything in our home and have never noticed anything before when they came over (except for that one time I made deviled eggs before an Easter get together, YUCK!). Now we all know that popcorn, especially movie butter popcorn has a very strong smell, so we cooked up some yummy (and not so healthy) movie butter popcorn to enjoy with Rio 2. After awhile of eating the popcorn, we couldn’t smell it any longer. Fortunately, our kitchen and living room are connected and we actually have a Febreze NOTICEables oil plug in, right behind the couch, so before you know it, we could smell the sweet Hawaiian smell of the Hawaiian Aloha scent.

We have since used the Air Effects as well as the NOTICEables candle and I have been rather impressed with these Febreze products. The smell of the meadows & rain is really great and refreshing, without being to overpowering. Febreze has a lot of products out there on the market that you can find at your local supermarket. My favorites are their Air Effects and Fabric Refresher. They are both great to get rid of stale odors in your home, which we all have from time to time.
