  1. Maria Iemma says:

Sometimes I think we do watch too much tv or are always glued to our phones. I would like to read this book on how to handle parenting in this technological age.

  2. My kids stay pretty active without outside activities but we try and play games with each other on the weekends

  3. we try to limit their screen time

  4. My baby is still just young but I limit screen time, and don’t watch a lot of tv myself.

  5. We really do not watch that much tv and when we do we watch as a family.

  6. My kids are adults. I found when they were babies, a walk would help them unwind. Then a bath and story time before bed.

  7. We make sure when they come home after preschool they put comfy clothes on, then sit down and have a snack. They aren’t in school yet so we let them watch a dvd movie or an educational television show, or read a story together. This helps them relax before dinner and bathtime. 🙂

  8. I take my daughters electronics at night and none while having family time.

  9. My kids are all grown, but it’s something they contend with when it comes to their children.

  10. Maria Iemma says:

My kids are grown now. What a good book for parents to follow.

  11. Maria Iemma says:

We put the phones in a basket at dinner time so no one has access to them and we get to talk together.

  12. It’s nearly impossible for me to be sure my step-daughter is ‘unplugged’ since we only have her on weekends but my little one is hopefully aways away from being plugged in! She is only 3.

  13. We stay active, the kids play out side, and we limit screen time.

  14. Joanna Price says:

Be unplugged myself! Its hard sometimes, but every time I put down the devices I’m modeling that behavior to them.

  15. I make sure they spend time reading instead of on their devices.

  16. Monica Nuss says:

we go to the library alot and make sure everyone reads/checks out books. We also spend time together

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Progresso. All thought and opinions are those of our own. Being a mom and always being on the go is a rough and tiring job, by the time dinner comes around I know I'm already exhausted and wanting to head to bed...but you know, kids, they want dinner. Some of those nights I draw a blank on what we should have for dinner, or I just completely forgot to thaw something out. Just recently I ran into that … [Read More...]
