BarbarHairDryer

A few months back I was contacted by a lovely woman at Barbar, and she wanted me to review one of their products from Barbar! I’ve always had a cheap $20 hair dryer from Walmart, so I knew it was time for me to upgrade to something a little more sophisticated. Now I do have straight hair with a little bit of a wave to it, so for my hair to look presentable, I do have to blow dry it and sometimes even flat iron it, depending upon the amount of humidity in the air. Living in the South, we always have humidity.

The package that my new Barbar Italy 4800 Series Blow Dryer comes in this beautiful gift box that is just perfect for gift giving! I was rather impressed. Upon opening it, inside was the Blow Dryer as well as two air concentration nozzles which helps you blow dry your hair with precision. This is perfect for me as my hair is a bit frizzy, so being able to control where I’m blow drying is fabulous!

The first thing I noticed when taking the Blow Dryer out of the box was the weight of it. Now it’s not RIDICULOUSLY heavy, but you can tell it’s a quality hair dryer. It has a 10 foot long cord too which is nice. I know I’m always trying to peek out of the bathroom to see what my kids are doing while I’m drying my hair, but now I can just walk out into the hall while blow drying my hair still!

  7. I would love to win this for myself! After reading your review I related exactly to you. With the humidity in Texas I almost have to straighten my hair everyday or else it will be a frizzy mess. 11. I’m not sure if I would keep it or not. I like to donate items and use winnings at times to do it. Around the holiday season there is a container to place new products.

  12. For myself. My blow dryer has been smelling hot lately.

  13. Well, Since my husband (who barely has any hair) took my blow dryer, if I were to win this one, it would definitely be for me! I haven’t had one in so long! He keeps it on his side of the bed and whenever I climb the steps to get a shower and go to bed, he’s sleeping. So, I generally go to bed with a wet head! I don’t want to walk over and wake him up because he’s set on this 5am get up time for some reason! I usually don’t make it to bed till between 1:30 and 2:30am! Thanks so much for this Terrific Giveaway! Michele 🙂

  17. I would keep it for myself. I have hair that is halfway down my back. It takes so long to dry my hair. I use a dryer everyday and would love to have one that is good for my hair.

  18. Oh wow! You should use this pic for your “About Me” image! The short hair is very cute on you! A good blow dryer makes my life so much easier… And makes more time for the things that actually matter! Unfortunately I cracked my (cheap) hair dryer a couple months ago and have been just waiting for it to fall apart.
