Birthday Express Review – Frozen Themed Birthday Party

BdayExpressLogoI recently contacted Birthday Express about working with them for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Of course she wanted a Frozen themed party, and Birthday Express had anything and everything you could think of to go with the Frozen theme! There were so many things they have to offer, that it was really hard to choose. I had been around in party stores locally and they didn’t carry half the items that Birthday Express does!

They actually have items that can be chosen separately like plates, cups, balloons, hats, utensils, decor and more. My favorite is that they actually offer “Party in a Box!” What that means is you get everything you need for your party at a discounted price!

We received the Frozen themed Basic Party in a box for up to 16 guests which included the following:
Cups (16)
Dinner Plates (16)
Dessert Plates (16)
Napkins (32)
Utensils – Forks and Spoons
Package of Blue Birthday Candles
Table Cover (2)
Magenta Flower Balloons
Turquoise Flower Balloons
Invitations & Thank You Cards (16)
Turquoise & Hot Pink Curling Ribbon

If you were to purchase all of that separate it would be $53.51, but by purchasing it as the Party in a Box it’s only $45.49. That’s a great savings!

We also received the Disney Frozen Drum String Pinata too, which was only $23.99.

My 3 year old was ecstatic when she saw everything all set up and Elsa and Anna everywhere. Her birthday was as magical and happy as I hoped it would be, of course thank you to Birthday Express! I can’t recommend them enough, I actually made sure to tell all of the parents at my kids birthday party about Birthday Express and how impressed I was with them, and that I definitely will be using them again.

We of course had to have a spread of food and set it up on our kitchen counter/bar. The decorations and everything from the “Party in a Box” was great!

Now, I know this isn’t a clear picture, but there was so much excitement about the pinata, I just had to share!!!

  1. Lisa Konieczke says:

Wow this is a great savings. I spend a lot of money on party supplies with 3 kids. I have 2 girls, I’m sure I’ll need 2 of the Frozen party boxes. You get a lot!

  2. That’s a great idea. Birthday parties can be so hectic. I love having everything all in a package deal.

  3. My granddaughter would truly love this. She loves the movie Frozen and Elsa is her very favorite. Thank you so much for sharing

  4. Sarah Matos says:

Seems great to have all your supplies sent in one swoop. It makes birthdays easier.

  5. Nora is wanting a Frozen theme birthday party. She actually told me a few days ago, that she dreamed she had a beautiful frozen cake at her birthday.

  6. WOW! What a terrific looking set up! Your daughter must have been so excited to see all the Frozen Party Decorations! I’ve never purchased something that was all-in-one, like the birthday box you received! I know how expensive it can get, especially if you have a “kids” Birthday Party and have to get “goodie bags” for the kids to take home! Thank God my kids have grown out of the “kid parties”! Generally we have the family members from both sides (mine and my husbands) and a few of their really good friends. I have found that it’s a bit easier on me to have the party after dinner time. I just put out veggies and dip or fruit and dip, chips, pretzels, etc. I have soda or juice for the kids and Coffee (99% of the time I have to make Decaf) and Soda for the adults. For some reason all of my kids want to have an ice cream cake for their birthday. Now, since I’ve been purchasing Ice Cream cakes, the prices have gone way up! I guess it’s easier than buying and/or making a cake and then purchasing a couple different ice creams to go with the cake! Anyway, I really enjoyed reading your review and seeing the pictures of your daughter’s birthday party! Everything looked so perfect! Thanks for sharing the Birthday Express with all of us! I truly do appreciate it and for our next birthday party, I’ll be checking on their pricing and what they have! Thanks again, Michele đŸ™‚

  7. Paula Adams says:

thanks for the Frozen Party info! My niece and young nephew are both crazy for Frozen right now, so how cool that we can get a party box with their favorite things!

  8. The pinata is always the best part (I think all ages agree here đŸ˜› )! The party supply box is such a steal though; it’s so nice to be able to buy everything conveniently at once and not worry about missing something!

  9. my five year old loves frozen. i am pretty sure that she’s going to love a frozen-themed party on her 7th birthday.

  10. There are so many cute kids birthday ideas. It’s more fun when you have a theme party. The kids really enjoy it.

  11. I had not heard about Birthday Express before reading about them here. What a great company, they actually offer a “party in a box”. I will definitely consult with them before throwing my next party. Thank you for sharing this review.
