DirectDriveChallenge

I have a family just like the majority of my audience, so I’m always looking for the best of the best to keep my family safe as well as great companies to help support. I like supporting companies that I believe in and I love when they create interesting things, such as the DirectDrive app too. It really keeps me interested in helping support the company, while they’re supporting me.

The DirectDrive app allows users to setup a profile and log trips. The app maps their trip and gives them a safe-driving score. So, the safer they drive, the higher the score. Users can also connect with friends and earn a place on the weekly leaderboards, which makes YOU a better driver! We are always all competitive with one another, but this is something good to be competitive about! Safe driving is so important, not only for you, but of course your friends and family, as well as everyone around you.

From Feb. 2 – April 14, 2015 Direct Auto Insurance is hosting the DirectDrive Challenge. If new users download the app, get a quote, log their drives and share their score on Twitter using #DirectDriveScore, they will have the chance to enter both a contest and a sweepstakes! I know how much you all love sweepstakes!

Ten contest winners will receive a $50 Walmart gift card and one sweepstakes winner will receive a $1,000 Walmart gift card. In addition, the first 100 users to share a score on Twitter using #DirectDriveScore will automatically receive a $20 Walmart gift card. How cool right?

So I’m sure you’re wondering, what all can the DirectDrive App actually do?

• Provide real-time, measurable feedback on driving behavior and offers tips for improvement.
• Log trips automatically – never turn the app off.
• Access complete Trip History to see a real-time breakdown of trip’s miles, directional heading, duration, route and total points scored.
• Log trips with safe driving scores. The closer users become to making safe driving a permanent habit, the higher they soar on the DirectDrive leaderboard.
• Tallies driving accomplishments for achievement badges.
• Invite Facebook friends to compete on custom leaderboards.
• Share scores and favorite routes with Facebook and Twitter friends.
• Earn rebates for quality miles driven (DirectDrive Focus groups).
• Get a free auto insurance quote.
• Quickly find the Direct Auto store nearest you.
• Pay monthly bills and get ID cards.
• Connect with JJ Hightail on Facebook and Twitter.

I personally LOVE everything that the DirectDrive App has to offer. I love how it keeps track of my trips (this is SO convenient for any of my blogging trips that I need to log miles for tax purposes) and I love getting a high score for my safe driving. It’s a good thing to be competitive when it benefits myself and my family. Also it’s so easy to get a FREE auto insurance quote and pay your bills too, so basically you have everything you need right at your fingertips with a great insurance company.

Download the DirectDrive app on Google Play or from iTunes.

So here’s what you need to know on HOW TO ENTER!

Download the DirectDrive® app and set up an account. Use the app to get a quote and start logging your trips using the DirectDrive® app. Share each of your scores on Twitter using #DirectDriveScore. All scores logged through the app from new users will be added to a leaderboard on DirectDriveChallenge.com.

You can either microwave it or cook in a skillet for a crispier texture. I … [Read More...]

Some of those nights I draw a blank on what we should have for dinner, or I just completely forgot to thaw something out. Just recently I ran into that … [Read More...]
