Skinny Gut Shake – #SkinnyGutShake #ad

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Renew Life Formulas. All opinions are 100% mine.

Even though it’s now February, it’s never too late to get healthy and watch what you eat or drink. For my new year’s resolution I was determined to start watching what I put in my body. I’ve been eating a lot of meats and veggies, and just having fruits for snacks in between, but I’ve found that I still wasn’t feeling as full as I’d like with my meals. I always see people saying to intake more protein, so I was excited to try out the Renew Life Skinny Gut Ultimate Shakes

Now I will tell you I’ve never had a protein shake before, so I was intrigued with this product. I was excited about trying it! Now the Skinny Gut Ultimate Shakes come in two flavors, which I received the Renew Life Skinny Gut Chocolate Shake

Here’s my recipe:

1 serving of Skinny Gut Chocolate Shake (you could substitute Renew Life Skinny Gut Vanilla Shake)

1 medium banana

10 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon of organic natural peanut butter (you can use almond butter or any other nut butter)

“The Skinny Gut program promotes how to balance the good and bad bacteria in our digestive tract to help you achieve your healthy weight goals. It’s a new way of eating that helps curb appetite and cravings. It encourages the reduction of sugar intake along with an increase of protein, fiber, probiotics and living, fermented foods.”

The Skinny Gut Shakes have a lot of added benefits, more than just helping you achieve your healthy weight goals.

  • 20 grams of Organic, Grain-free Protein from seeds and legumes to help build muscle*
  • 10 grams of Prebiotic Organic Fiber, including acacia fiber, to help curb appetite by helping you feel full*
  • 10 Billion live Ultimate Flora™ Probiotic cultures providing specially selected strains to support healthy gut balance*
  • Organic Fruit and Veggie Antioxidant blend plus vitamins and minerals to nourish cells.*
  • Full-spectrum Digestive Enzyme blend to support healthy digestion and help optimize nutrient availability.*
  • Low fat and low calorie
  • Available in delicious natural vanilla and chocolate flavors
  • No Artificial Ingredients or Preservatives
  • No Added Sugar
  • Gluten & Dairy Free
  • No GMOs
  • Vegan

If you have started a new healthy diet program and are looking for something more to add in, I’d recommend trying out a Renew Life Shake, either in chocolate or vanilla. You can try out many different recipes, you can add fruit, different nut butters, or whatever you’d like. Just watch what you put in your shake (no added sugars) and enjoy.

  1. I would try it. It sounds pretty good. I like a healthy drink mix. I often forget to eat so this would be a good option for me.

  3. I have tried several different shakes but I’ve never found one that actually leaves me full feeling so I must give this a try. Also I just ordered suppress mint from Amazon based off the review that another blogger mom gave. This is suppose to help you not indulge in snacking. The reviews where amazing, and I was hooked. I will check back here and let you know how it works for me since they are sorta expensive 100 tablets for $39.99. Thanks for the information, and good luck on your journey to a healthier you! Did you find that it helped you feel fuller?
