So why Omega-3 Fish Oil you ask? As a mom, and as an adult who is continuously getting older (I know we all are…thanks Captain Obvious) being in the best health I can is important for myself and for my children and husband. When I went to the doctor a few months back, I had them do a full physical on me, and my cholesterol was right on the borderline of being high.
