Snacking. We all do it, but sometimes grabbing whatever you want off the shelf is not a good idea, especially if you suffer from a gluten intolerance. There’s a super fabulous snack that tastes so yummy, Baked Goldfish Puffs Gluten Free! Not only are they gluten free, but they are baked too! I have a few friends who suffer from a gluten intolerance and I know how difficult it is for them to find a snack they like and can just grab and go, but now they can with Goldfish Puffs!

My 3 year old and I had a chance to try out the Mega Cheese Goldfish Puffs, and boy were they cheesy. They are a bit larger than the original Goldfish, and are a cross between a cracker and a cheese puff. My 3 year old loves them and asks for them every day, she was actually sad when they were all gone and told me to go get more at the store. Whenever we are having a get together with our friends, I like to have a few gluten free snacks on hand so they have the opportunity to snack as well. I just make sure not to cross contaminate them, as someone with a gluten intolerance can get really sick, even with a small trace of gluten.

Here’s the nutrition information on the Goldfish Puffs Mega Cheese:

GoldfishNutrition

Goldfish Puffs come in a variety of flavors-Mega Cheese, Buffalo Wing, Barbecue, and Cheddar Bacon. I’d love to try out all of the other flavors as I was impressed with the Mega Cheese, I know the others have to be good too!

I recommend picking some up the next time you’re at the store, you’ll love them and so will your kiddos!
After you try them, I’d love to hear what you think about them.

The snack that smiles back®!

  1. The mega cheese flavor sounds good. I like the regular gold fish so I’m sure I’ll like these too. The trouble I have is after one, I don’t want to stop eating them.

So glad you shared this. I have gluten intolerance and have been trying to find crackers that are gluten free and taste good. I hadn’t found any good tasting ones so far, and I did not know that the baked Goldfish Puffs were gluten free; I hadn’t even bothered to look at them cause I though there was probably gluten in them. I loved the originals so I am going to try these. Thanks.
