FitTea Review: The All Natural Detox Tea #FitTeaDetox

As a mom I’m always looking for a way to find energy and to boost my metabolism. As I’ve gotten older it seems my metabolism just keeps slowing down. I finally found a great product that is working for me, FitTea! We moved to Virginia in February and I haven’t really been as active as I was prior to moving here. I blame not knowing the area, mixed with the bad weather we had the first few months I was here. I saw the numbers on the scale going up a bit here and there, so I knew it was time to do something!

That’s when I knew it was time to start this 14 Day Detox from FitTea, I’ve seen people have FitTea results, so I wanted to try it. I will say I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never heard of a tea that could help you lose weight. I was intrigued and couldn’t wait to try it. I just finished my 14 day detox and let me say, I LOVED the product. I lost a total of 4lbs in 14 days, which is great!

“Give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline.”

FitTea is a blend of all natural ingredients that promotes fat burning, weight loss, improves your immune system, and soothes and cleanses your digestive system, with antimicrobial properties.

Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yu, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn, and Honey Powder

When to drink:

Every morning or before a workout.

How to prepare:

Place 1 teaspoonful (2 grams) or 1 tea bag into a cup of near boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer/tea bag and enjoy either hot or cold.

These ingredients provide a fast-working and natural detox. These natural ingredients have other benefits besides detox, which includes weight loss, increased energy levels, suppressing the appetite, and natural antioxidants.

I’m one of those who LOVES tea. I’m not much of a coffee drinker so this was really right up my alley. I didn’t need to add anything to it either and I actually loved the taste of it. However, you could add honey and/or lemon to it if you want a different flavor.

So I’m sure y’all are wondering how I lost weight using the product. Here’s what I did for the 14 days while using the FitTea detox. As soon as I woke up in the morning I’d make my cup and let the product steep for about 4-5 minutes, then I’d sit down and check my email while drinking it. After that my 3 year old and I took a walk around the block. No crazy workout or anything, just 15-20 minutes of a nice walk. After that, we’d come in and have a small little breakfast like an egg or two and some fruit. Then I’d continue on my day as normal.

I noticed my stomach was more flat about day 5 of the FitTea detox. I had regular bowel movements (sorry TMI!) and felt more energized as well! This is definitely a product I recommend, especially if you love tea!

Also, I know some of you may be worried about the caffeine content in the tea, FitTea also offers a decaf FitTea. The ingredients are Holy basil (Tulsi) spearmint, rosehips, lemon myrtle, and linden blossoms.
Natural teas like FitTea have been used all over the world for thousands of years for weight loss and increased energy, which helps anyone with a fitness program. Add it to your fitness program today and let me know what you think! I hope you enjoyed my FitTea Review!

  1. I wouldn’t mind trying this. It would be worth it if I experienced any increased energy and flattened my stomach. 🙂

  2. I have trouble keeping weight on but there are times a boost of energy would be nice.

  3. Linda Manns Linneman says:

I love all the benefits this tea has. I have never heard of this tea before. I will have to give it a try

  4. I want to try this but i worry about crashing like i when i drink coffee. I no longer drink coffee, will this have the same effect?
