What’s New On Netflix in August! #StreamTeam

Netflix August

Everything Mommyhood was not monetarily compensated for this post. I was provided with complimentary Netflix service during my time as a Netflix Stream Team member and was given an iPad Mini on which to stream Netflix. All opinions are those of my own and were not influenced in any way.

My family are avid watchers of everything on Netflix. I’m loving all of the food documentaries lately. My favorite so far is Food, Inc. My girls are loving all of their favorite cartoons too, and they’ve been watching a lot of Christmas movies. I’m not sure why, but I guess whatever keeps them happy right? I’m sad that I’m all caught up on Orange is the New Black and have to wait until next year now, but I’m hoping to get sucked into a new series here soon. I’m thinking of checking out Parenthood, as I heard it was a great show!

As a member of Netflix StreamTeam, I have access to all of the information of what’s coming new to Netflix in August, so I thought I’d share with you!

  1. I don’t have Netflix, because of the expense of the internet! And, the only movies that I would want to watch on the list – that I don’t already own – are Mighty Ducks/Mighty Ducks 2! But, thanks for reminding me that I need to purchase these!!!

  2. I haven’t checked on the price, but we don’t even have cable television. While we enjoy watching a good movie from time to time, we rent as we go. We don’t watch much tv.

  3. Linda Manns Linneman says:

We have Netflix at home and really enjoy it. The price is also great. I really appreciate you sharing these movies every month. Thank you so much

  4. OMG ROCKY LOL that’s awesome!! I love Netflix

  5. Laurie P says:

Red Dawn is definitely gonna happen! That’s a great list for August!

  6. I’m looking forward to seeing season 4 of The Killing in August. Thank you for sharing this post.

  7. Looks like a lot of great movies. Wish I had Netflix.

  8. Looking forward to watching the Mighty Ducks ones with my son.

  9. melanie smtih says:

my children and I are crazy about Netflix. There is never a night that we do not watch a movie or tv show on it. {we dont have cable). Cant wait to watch The Cable Guy with my kids…

  10. I’m kinda bummed, there isn’t anything that I’ve been wanting to see. There are a bunch listed I’ve never heard of, but it’s a lot of work looking them up to see what there about or find trailers. That’s a Netflix annoyance of mine, lol. Im only able to watch on an old kindle and so I’m sure most people don’t have these issues but; I really wish they had the trailers of the movies or at least let me see more than just two short lines of its description.

  11. I love Once Upon a Time! It can get confusing though, if you don’t watch from the beginning, so I’m glad Netflix has it!

  12. Luv Netflix! Thanks for the list of new shows/movies being added. 🙂
