Headed Out On Our Road Trip with Jif and Smuckers #Snackation

Last week I told you about our trip to Walmart, which is our SNACKATION destination! We went to Walmart to pick up yummy snacks for our 5 hour car ride to my mother-in-law’s in North Carolina for a last little getaway before school begins. We shopped around the store and picked up some of our very favorites, Smuckers Uncrustables, Smuckers Fruit Fulls, Smuckers Squeeze Fruit Spread, and Jif To Go Dippers! As a mom it’s my job to keep my little kiddos fed, and let me tell you, they eat a lot! Picking up their favorite snacks before a road trip is a must!

Smuckers makes healthy and filling snacks (protein, thumbs up!) that are quick, easy, and you can just grab and go. Those are all a must for this mom! We packed up our snacks and almost everything else in our house and piled up in the car to head to Grandma’s house in the mountains!

My girls are thrilled with their snacks, just like I’m thrilled that I know they’re enjoying them! It keeps their bellies full, and momma happy because I’m not hearing how hungry they are! Not only are they great snacks for the kids, I’m a huge fan of the Smuckers Uncrustables myself. Plus they’re super quick and easy, and not messy for me to eat while I’m driving.

If you’re looking for ideas for an upcoming trip, here are a few of my favorites!

  • Smucker’s Fruit Fulls
  • Jif To Go Dippers
  • Uncrustables
  • Jif Whips (New!)
  • Jif Chocolate Flavored Hazelnut Spread
  • Smucker’s Squeeze Grape
  • Smucker’s Strawberry Jam

I’ll just leave you all with that while we enjoy our vacation! Just look at this view of the beautiful mountains in North Carolina, with the sun just coming up!

  1. These are some great snack ideas. Did you need to keep the uncrustables in a cooler or were they fine.

Beautiful pic of the mountain view. My kids love these handy snacks. I like that Smuckers and Jif have a nice variety of delicious and quick snacks. Traveling in my home state of Alaska their are not many places to eat unless you are in a larger city,so snacks are a must when hitting the road.

  3. It’s a staycation for me. I’d like to go to the beach, but the nearest beach is not a nice place so I wouldn’t go there even if I could.

  4. On a long car trip you really do have to bring snacks. That way you’re in control of what they’re eating. Fast food tastes great but isn’t always the healthiest thing to eat. And, depending on how many people there are, can get quite expensive.

These are such great snacks. My grandchildren really enjoy these. Thank you so much for sharing these healthy snacks
