Save Your Calories for Thanksgiving Dinner, Start Your Day with Premier Protein

This is a sponsored post. All thoughts and opinions are those of our own.

Thanksgiving is on Thursday and with Thanksgiving comes a lot of preparation if you’re cooking a big dinner to feed your family. There’s turkey and ham, dressing/stuffing, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and so much more. You know you will more than likely be indulging, maybe even over indulging, but it’s okay because it’s just once a year right??? Well you know while you’re prepping all these yummy foods, you’ll probably be snacking too. A piece of cheese here, a couple marshmallows here, just a little bite of this, and another bite of that, and before you know it, you’ve already consumed over a meals worth of calories and dinner hasn’t even started yet. Those calories can sneak up on you very quickly!

I have a great solution for you though, start your Thanksgiving morning off right by drinking a Premier Protein shake. Don’t spoil your main meal, a Premier Protein shake will keep you full long enough to save your calories for what really matters, all of that turkey and those sides, don’t forget dessert! By starting your day off on the right foot you won’t feel so bad about indulging in your inevitably big Thanksgiving dinner.

A Premier Protein shake has 30g of protein, is only 160 calories, and 1g of sugar. They’re ready to drink, so there’s no hard work involved like powders, special milk, blenders to wash or any of that extra that comes with a lot of other protein drinks. They come in a variety of flavors like vanilla, chocolate, bananas and cream, caramel, and strawberries and cream. They don’t contain a whole bunch of sugar in them either. At 1g of sugar and being only 160 calories plus tons of vitamins and minerals, you can feel confident that you’re making a good decision to start your day off right.

So why protein you ask? Protein takes longer to digest, so it makes you feel fuller, longer. You won’t be dealing with those pesky hunger pains right away. It also improves your focus, helps maintain your weight, and it gives your metabolism a boost! It’s really a win win situation all around by starting your day off with a Premier Protein shake. Protein is essential to a healthy body and active lifestyle.

Obviously Premier Protein is a good choice to start ANY day off, not just Thanksgiving. There’s nothing better than a well balanced shake to keep you from eating unhealthy snacks. Premier Protein isn’t just for adults either, they’re great for kids too. Kids need protein to maintain muscles and bones, so pour a glass with your little one and enjoy!

Thats a whole lot of protein I dont think I have ever seen 30g in something this small. I like how compact it is. This would be a great addition, I try and eat more proteins in a non meat form.
