Aperion Audio makes award-winning speakers that look as good as they sound and sell them online so you get unbeatable quality for the price. Aperion Audio got in touch with me about reviewing one of their wonderful wireless speakers. I was a little nervous at first because while I’m a tech-y person, I haven’t actually reviewed anything like this before. The Allaire ARIS Wireless Speaker is what I chose to review.
What I found really neat about this wireless speaker is that you can use it by Bluetooth or wireless-ly through a wireless card. When I received my ARIS Wireless Speaker, it was a bit intimidating, it was larger than I expected, but a good size, not too big. It came packaged very well , so I didn’t have to worry about it being bumped up from shipping across the country. This speaker is pretty heavy, but it’s made with great quality.
The Wireless Speaker came with Roxa-Bluetooth Receiver and all the cords needed to be able to use this right out of the box.
I read the super easy user friendly shortcut guide first before I plugged everything in. It was so simple, that I thought I was going to have problems. All I did was plug in the unit and the Roxa Bluetooth Music Receiver, and then I went onto my phone and paired the device. It automatically picked up the Avantree device. I then pulled up Pandora music on my phone, and sure enough it played right through the speaker. I was SO impressed with the sound from this speaker too. While the speaker was bigger than what I thought, it’s very powerful and produces wonderful sound, more than I thought it would. I haven’t had a stereo system for years, I just always listen to music through my phone or on my tv, but now I can listen to music through this awesome speaker. There’s nothing like jamming out to some music while cleaning the house, and let me tell you, it sounds a heck of a lot better through this ARIS Wireless Speaker than it does just through the phone or on tv. I also like that the stand is removable and adjustable. Very convenient.
You can also connect the ARIS Wireless Speaker through your Wi-Fi, although I didn’t do this, it seems pretty easy to do as well. I love all of the features of this speaker.
Here are some key features about ARIS:
- Single-piece brushed aluminum enclosure
- Adjustable and removable steel base
- 100W total power
- Six internal speakers (four powered drivers, two passive radiators)
- Three sound modes: natural, bass boost and enhanced stereo
- Simple connection to your home network via push-button or wizard for Wi-Fi and plug-and-play for Ethernet
- Compatible with Windows 7 Play To
- Compatible with Windows 8
- Works with DLNA®
- One-year warranty
- FREE SHIPPING
- FREE lifetime technical support
The only thing I would change about this ARIS wireless speaker is the fact that it doesn’t have a remote. Other than that, it’s a great Wireless Speaker and I’d recommend it to anyone.
You can purchase the Allaire ARIS Wireless Speaker at Aperion Audio with the Bluetooth device for $334.
