It is so very important to have healthy teeth and keeping them tartar free and cavity free may be hard work, but it’s so important. I try to be a good role model for my two daughters, and I make sure they have a teeth brushing routine twice a day. I make sure and tell them the importance of keeping your teeth clean too. You can’t just brush away tartar or cavities. I myself hate the dentist, and I actually need a lot of work done, but I have such high anxiety about the dentist, so I try to do my best to do everything at home to keep my dentist visits as quick and painless as possible. Brushing with Crest Pro-Health Whitening tooth paste and Oral-B Pro-Health toothbrush, flossing, and using Crest Pro-Health Tartar Protection Rinse twice a day is my routine for a healthy mouth. I recommend trying it. Read on to find out why I love all of these Crest products!
Crest Pro-Health Anti-Cavity Fluoride Rinse is one of my new go to products. Not only is it an anti-cavity rinse, it is tartar protection as well. Those are the two most important things to fight against when it comes to your teeth and their health. If you notice the “Helps Escape the Scrap” on the lid of the product, that’s what you want to avoid! Using this wonderful refreshing mint, tartar protection from Crest Pro-Health helps prevent cavities, helps prevent tartar, protects against surface stains, freshens breath, rebuilds enamel, and gives you an invigorating sensation. That’s a lot of protection in one bottle!
Adding in the Crest Pro-Health Whitening Toothpaste is great too.
Here’s all the great things Crest Pro-Health Whitening Toothpaste does:
– Fights Cavities
– Fights Harmful Plaque along the gum line
– Helps reverse gingivitis
– Builds increase protection against painful sensitivity
– Fights tartar
– Whitens teeth by removing surface stains
– Fights bad breath
Those are a ton of great benefits and exactly why Crest Pro-Health will be sticking around in my household for years to come.
Prior to this posting I had been using the Oral B Pro-Health toothbrush for well over a year now. It’s my favorite brush. The Oral B toothbrush has CrossAction® Bristles along with little rubber type bristles and it really gets into all the places you need to clean your teeth.
If your mouth has been feeling a little sad, purchase these Pro-Health products and make your mouth happy!

I always, usually use Crest. I use the sensitive teeth toothpaste. I've tried the mouth wash once. I like that it doesn't burn my mouth.
