Diet: It’s been 2 Months

We started our diet 2 months ago and I am proud to say I am down a total of 15.4 lbs!! My husband has lost 27lbs! I haven’t even been exercising, but need to start soon. Once I start exercising I’m sure I will start losing even more! If you had doubts about losing weight before, if I can do it, believe me, you can too. I am a person that LOVES food and I have really enjoyed this new eating lifestyle. I allow myself a cheat day about every 2 weeks…and I even ate whatever I wanted on Thanksgiving, not to mention all the leftovers the few days afterwards!
