I can't imagine that you can screw up food on the grill. Unless you over cook it, grilling isn't very tricky.

WOW! I wish I would have seen this review earlier!! We've already grilled and now it is Miller time for some of our guests, but NOT me. That is really cool of a company to offer this! You would think they would want to lure customers into their restaurant - not encourage/teach them to grill
