I recently had the chance to work with Haba Toys and their Lilliputiens product line. We reviewed Baby Lucy.
Lilliputiens is based in Belgium and its toys are made by hand with care in Asia. The toys, patterns, fabrics, characters, are all 100% its own creations, designed by a team of five young and trend-conscious moms who ensure that in a world full of little wonders, every toy has its own fun story. Lilliputiens’ numerous mascots each have their own magical universe. Soft materials and disarming characters engender trust, while the many shapes, colors and noises will continuously challenge a child’s inquisitive spirit. Designs and fabulous fabrics necessitate hand sewn, handmade results.
My girls absolutely LOVE this baby doll. Lucy Comes in a leaf shaped basket, with a bottle that has a magnet, a little toy, comes dressed with a jacket and a diaper. The packaging says this doll is for babies 0-12 months, but I really think this is for a wide variety of ages. My 18 month old carries this baby around every where. My 4.5 year old LOVES playing with her and undressing her and dressing her back up, and sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge for her, which I like because it helps her work on motor skills.
Baby Lucy is made with great quality and I know she will last a long time around here. She definitely gets played with a lot, we have had her close to a month and she still looks brand new. I love all her accessories and she is simple, yet fun. I think the magnet in the bottle to her mouth is a great feature as well.
I highly recommend checking out Baby Lucy and all of the other toys in the Lilliputiens line. They have a lot of great toys such as, other babies, rattles, pacifier holders, an ark with animals (love this one), and much much more.

I'm curious though...Does anyone else find it funny that it's a baby doll named Lucy with a goat shaped frock? Lucy= Lucifer? I'm not against it or anything, I'm just wondering what the deal is with the doll.

She is adorable I really like the design of them. My great grand daughter would have a ball undressing and dressing here up. Beside carrying her around. I have heard of HABA before but dont recall this cute doll. thanks
