Delicious Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

This Honey Garlic Pork Chops recipe is easy to fix for a weeknight meal and so flavorful! Your whole family is going to love them!

Ingredients:
2-4 Niman Bacon-Wrapped Rosemary Pork Loin Chops
Seasoning of your choice, or just use Salt & Pepper (We used Meat Church Honey BBQ Bacon seasoning)
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of water
A couple dashes of white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons of minced garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons of butter

Directions:
1. Make sure your Pork Loin Chops are room temperature. Season liberally with your favorite seasoning, or you can just use salt and pepper. Either would be great.

2. Place 1 TBSP of butter in a hot pan set on medium heat. Cook your pork chops on each side for approximately 6 minutes. Make sure you also sear them on the sides and tops and bottom as well. Temp your pork chops to make sure they are cooked through (145 degrees F).

3. Remove your pork chops from the pan and let them rest.
4. In the pan that you cooked the pork chops in, add in the other 1 TBSP of butter and 2 TBSP of minced garlic cloves (I use the pre-minced in a jar, it makes cooking easier). Cook approximately 45 seconds until fragrant, as you don’t want the garlic to burn as it will become bitter.
5. Next, add in a couple dashes of your vinegar, stir into the garlic butter mixture, while scraping up any bits from the pan.
6. Add in 1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of honey. Stir all together and let it combine in the pan and reduce to form a silky thick sauce. Turn your heat down to a low heat as you don’t want the mixture to burn. This will take approximately 4-5 minutes.

7. Now you can add your pork chops back in and baste with the sauce for a few minutes. Then serve.
