If you’re anything like my family, we take a TON of pictures. It seems we all use our cell phones too, and honestly so many of them just get “lost” so far back on our phones that I never see them again. I don’t backup my pictures/videos onto my computer, so I never have a chance to look back. Cloud storage fills up very fast as well, so that’s not really a great option for me to spend money on storage to just hold my pictures and videos. Thankfully, I’ve recently come across an amazing product called ibi.
This would be such a great product to have for a baby shower, vacation, wedding, birthday party, and so much more. There are so many events that this product would come in handy for and all you need is Wi-Fi connection!
ibi is a smart photo manager. The main feature of ibi is its ability to share photos privately among your family and friends. Instead of needing to upload to semi-public and public spaces such as social media sites, you can create a private space to share photos and videos. While ibi is called a smart photo manager, it is not limited to media files. You can also store virtually any kind of file in the system that can then be accessed from anywhere with the app! That means PDF’s, Documents, and other files can be stored and organized, as well as photo and video files.
If you have a family or even a large circle of active friends who share photos and videos, this could be very nice to keep at your parents house or whomever is the avid photographer. The entire family can share photos and create albums for parties or events. For families with a lot of kids, grandchildren, cousins, friends, this could be a great way to share moments without having issues with social media for those who wish for more privacy. We all know how scary social media can be when it comes to privacy. With ibi, there are no worries on that end.
How easy is it to set up?
Connecting ibi via Bluetooth to computers, phones, and tablets was painless and simple for me. Downloading the apps for both mobile devices as well as my laptop was also a super simple process. The system immediately downloaded my photos and videos from three iPhones and our two iPads without a problem, as well as from social media too. Working within the app, I was able to start creating folders and timelines very simply.
All in all, having the ability to access or share any of the files on the ibi via the internet, either personally, or with access given to particular files or folders to others is exceptional, and without having to rely on external Clouds not directly under my control. This is a product I would HIGHLY recommend.
I was thinking this would be a perfect device to have at a wedding! All of your friends and family in one place who will be taking pictures all night long, can just upload them to your ibi, and they’ll be in one place for you to go through later on. What an amazing product!! You would capture so many moments that your professional photographer would just miss out on.
(All of these will differ, depending on size of images and photos.)
Small in size
Why should I spend money on ibi?
Cloud services are amazing, but they can come with a lot of high hidden costs. Most of them come with recurring fees and some with limitations on image quality, space, size, and more. Plus your most valuable memories live remotely on someone else’s corporate server, not your own. If your memories are priceless, having them in your very home for a one-time cost of $179.99 is a bargain.
You can purchase ibi directly from Amazon HERE for a one time price of $179.99. There will be a special from 12:01 am on June 9 CDT to 11:50 pm CDT on June 15 for the sale price of only $149.99. This is such a great price, and a good time to snag ibi for Father’s Day. You can find this deal only on Meetibi.com.
