Side Dishes of Keto Friendly Recipes You’ll Make Again and Again

You might have read my other recent post where I’m starting the keto diet, Where do I begin and the essentials needed. I’ve talked with some of my other blogger buddies and have put together a list of some wonderful side dishes you can make on the keto diet. Of course you don’t have to be doing keto to do the diet, you could just be eating low carb, or not dieting at all.

Check out some of the recipes below and let me know what you think! I’m going to be making them, so I will update what I think too as I go along.

This side of greens and onions looks absolutely delicious. I’ll be honest, I’ve never actually cooked greens although I do love them. I think I will try these out for sure.

I am a huge fan of anything brussel sprouts and this recipe, Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta looks right up my alley. I may substitute with bacon though, simply because I always have it on hand.

One of my all time favorite vegetables as well as my kids is broccoli, so I know I will be trying this recipe of Broccoli and Bacon salad. I realize it has honey and dried cranberries in the recipe, but just leave those out since obviously those are not keto friendly ingredients. I think this is a good base salad though that you can add keto friendly ingredients to.

Once again, broccoli, my favorite, and seriously who doesn’t love cheese. I’m pretty sure I eat cheese with every meal. Broccoli Cheese Casserole loaded with cheese, and cream cheese…yum.

Cauliflower is another favorite and almost seems like a staple on the keto diet, you know people use cauliflower for fried rice, pizza crust, so many things these days. Hands down, this is the best looking Cheesy Loaded Cauliflower Casserole I’ve ever seen. It’s definitely going on my grocery list.

Piggy backing off the last comment about cauliflower, here’s a great looking recipe for Cauliflower Fried Rice doesn’t it look divine??

A new favorite of my kids, which I’m sooooo happy about is Oven Roasted Asparagus. This is a recipe we already make often before going keto.

I saved the very best for last. I make these ALL the time as they are soooo good. They’re simple too with only 4 total ingredients, Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos. Don’t let jalapenos scare you if you’re afraid of heat. Remove the seeds and white membranes on the inside and you can eat them, my daughters love them.

What’s one of your favorite Keto or Low-Carb side dishes??

These do look good. With so many people doing keto/low-carb these days, I do like having options for them.
